How it works

Daily Delve is a free daily video game trivia game: 7 new questions every day, 30 seconds each, with nothing to download and no sign-up. Like Wordle, there's one run a day, the same for everyone, and a spoiler-free emoji grid to share. Past days stay in the archive to look back on or practise.

Every answer is scored before anyone plays: each question has a fixed answer bank, and each answer's rarity is set ahead of time from how familiar it is to gamers. Your score never depends on what other players typed. One hand-picked answer per question is the Easter Egg. XP is distance: every 100 XP takes you down a floor, so the rarer your answers, the deeper you get. How to play and FAQ
